    • A: We offer a range of materials, including sterling silver, leather and 14k gold to ensure your remembrance jewelry lasts for generations.

  • Q: How much material do you need?

    • A: We require a very small amount—approximately a 1/2 teaspoon of ashes (or a small amount of fur/hair) per item.

  • Q: Is it safe to send my loved one's ashes or fur in the mail?

    • A: Yes. Put the material in a zip lock bag and send it in a padded envelope or small box and sent to our PO Box in Whitefish, MT.

  • Q: Do you return unused materials?

    • A: Yes, all unused cremains or materials are respectfully returned to you with the finished keepsake jewelry.

  • Q: How long does the process take?

    • A: Once we receive your materials, the creating process typically takes 4–6 weeks for completion before shipping.

  • Q: How do I care for my cremation jewelry?

    • A: To maintain the beauty of your ashes necklace or urn ring, we recommend avoiding harsh chemicals. For glass and metal care, use a soft, non-abrasive cloth.

  • Q: Are the pieces waterproof?

    • A: While our glass pieces are sealed securely and encase the material, we recommend removing all memorial jewelry before swimming or bathing to ensure the integrity of the jewelry and the metal or leather finish.
